1. Introduction

We have an initial telephone call with every business or individual to explore your requirements and aspirations and to establish if you feel that we can help you move forward. Understanding your values and visions is paramount for a successful partnership. 

2. Face to Face Meeting

Matthew Ericsson is built on relationships and we feel it is very important to meet with every business or individual we are working with. This helps us to get to know you and / or your business and for you to get to know us and what we can do. 

3. Next Steps

We will agree a plan together on how we are going to help you either find your new role or if you are hiring, how we are going to commence the search on your new hire and the timelines associated with this. 

4. Communication & Feedback 

Communication throughout the process for either candidates or companies, is our priority and we provide regular progress updates to ensure everyone is fully informed, this includes taking feedback at each stage.
